Meet your Teacher Paul Holcroft
Paul Holcroft grew up in Yale, class of 2001. His wife, Colleen, grew up just down the road in Melvin. They are the owners of Holcroft Acres LLC in Northern Michigan, where in 2021 they purchased 20 acres and began planting an heirloom orchard. Paul has now grafted more than 400 named apple cultivars. He dedicates his time serving on the Board of Directors for North American Fruit Explorers (NAFEX), and is also a returning speaker and apple tree grafting demonstrator at the Mitten Homesteaders Conference.
Refund Policy: There is a $5 non-refundable fee when signing up for class. This is included in your class fee to cover our fees for processing payments if you need to cancel. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance will receive a full refund minus the $5 fee. Cancellations made within 7-10 days of the class will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of class will not receive a refund.
